USS Laffey is an Allen M. Sumner-Class Destroyer that server in the US Navy from February 8th, 1944, to March 9, 1945. She is most famous for surviving an attack during her station as a radar picket in the Battle of Okinawa where she withstood the most unrelenting kamikaze attack in history. She was struck by 4 bombs, strafed, and hit by 6 Japanese aircraft. Today she is preserved as a museum ship.
She is seen here in 1:1 scale in her Measure 22 camouflage. The ship has fully functioning guns, torpedoes, and engines. In the future I will upload her predecessor, USS Walke, with a full interior. She has 3x twin 5" dual-purpose cannons, 12x 40mm anti-aircraft cannons, 10x 21-inch torpedoes, 6x k-guns, and 2x depth charge racks.
