Its a single command creation so if u want to build a map for yourself in your own world get a command block and type/paste the command in this link: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=dLqjRDkg then activate it with a redstone signal like a lever or a button then after its created a sort of like computer click on the sign that says 'get items' then build your map.
