Vintage McDonald's

This McDonald's I built on pocket edition is an old school prototype. The exterior of the building dates back to 1978 when they used red bricks on their buildings with a brown mansard roof. They were painted grey in some locations. This McDonald's prototype is a pure classic that you hardly see anymore since they are modernizing their locations nationwide. It is pretty rare to see a mansard roof McDonald's anymore. The interior of the building has a unique vibrant design that dates back to the late 1980s to early 1990s. I've used oak wood planks for the classic wooden brick floor that would be found in most old school McDonald's. I've also used birch wood for the bottom layer of the interior wall along with white and a touch of pink lining on the top layer to give it a 1988 vibe. I've used a lot of pink and turquoise tile as the decor for the dining room. The layout of this McDonalds I made was pretty common in the 80s with the front counter being on the left side of the building and a narrow dining room on the right leading to the restrooms. I've used light blue and pink for the dining room booths and white pillar stairs for the chairs and made all the tables pink. The drive thru has 1 lane just like the old school buildings do. Nowadays the newer modernized prototypes has 2 drive thru lanes to give faster service. I hope you all get nostalgic vibes. Enjoy!
