The year is 1919, and the Confederate forces push into French West Africa. After the sinking of the SS Normandie just inside of French waters, the French Republic declared war upon the Southern Empire. It is up to you to determine who wins control of Africa, and thus the monopoly on the cash crops that populate the Plains.
