The Imperial Palace of Altdorf
"No matter where one stands in Altdorf, one can see the spires of the Imperial Palace. The various buildings sprawl across a walled district the size of a village, a jumble of different architectural styles and fortifications. Within the white stone walls are courtyards and gardens, where courtiers conspire and servants rush about their business.
Servant dynasties and lines of groundskeepers have lived for generations within the walls, but even they can get lost in the confusion of the palace. Nobody knows every cellar, passageway, and forgotten stairwell. No living person has ascended every tower or explored the extent of every hall or attic."

I built this structure over the course of a few years, between 2017 and 2020 as part of a larger ambition to create the whole City of Altdorf. In that time, I conducted extensive research of Warhammer sources regarding the Imperial Palace of Warhammer Fantasy. The build is primarily based on artwork for the discontinued Warhammer Online MMO. Since then, however, building techniques, blocks, and limitations have all evolved dramatically, as has my ability to spend time developing the project. This build is by no means complete, and I think it is unlikely I will ever finish it. As it stands, the main structure of the palace is completed. The interior is perhaps 5% completed, if that, and is mostly empty.
The schematic file is quite large, so take care when pasting it.
