SCastBar

SCastBar replaces the default CastBar and makes some improvements.

Features:

• NEW Feature: Latency cut off. The castbar now displays the current latency. This feature is experimental and my not be 100% accurate.
• Completely reworked GUI Menu.
• Added Profiles.
• Added additional textures.
• Added Interrupt Armor support.
• The bar and text colors can be changed if the AddOn 'ColorPicker' is installed: http://www.curse.com/ws-addons/WildStar/220167-colorpicker
• Added the option to display an extra bar for certain spells ('tap to cast' -spells i.e. Nano Field or Rapid Fire).
• The cluster bars can now be changed to grow upwards.
• Included Bars for:  Target, Target of Target, Focus Target, Focus Target Target, and Cluster Targets ( Target Group)
• TargetBars are colored by hostility
• All Bars are individually configurable
• Completely resizable and movable
• A Spell Icon is now displayed.
• The remaining cast time is displayed.
• The tap to cast mechanic is now displayed in the main cast bar (optional).
• Casting a spell with charges displays the complete time it takes to charge.
• Charges are now inlaid brackets of the cast bar, which light up if completed.
• Up on reaching full charges the cast bar is highlighted.

• Some Spell Icons are not displayed properly

ToDo:

• Include several font options ( size, position, etc.)
• include a latency cutoff (when the API finally supports this)
• Maybe add buff/debuff support. But other AddOns (i.e Puffin) are doing a great job at it already.
