This addon will show you if an Alt needs to consume a food/drink for an Achievement.
Currently tracks the following Achievements
[6026] World Events / Darkmoon Faire / Fairegoer's Feast
[5753] General Cataclysmically Delicious
[5754] General / Drown Your Sorrows
[7329] General / Pandaren Cuisine
[7330] General / Pandaren Delicacies
[1780] Professions / Cooking / Sencond That Emotion

Bottled Winterspring Water requires level 35 to consume. Craugh is level 62 so his name is green. Sproach is level 55 so his name is green. Talvis is level 55 so his name is green. Kynlair is a level 80 toon, I was logged in as him so the name is blue. Quoc is only level 7 so his name is in red.
