To Craft Them Place The Corresponding Color Carpet on an Anvil and name it the following:

Red Carpet2
Blue Carpet2
Light Gray Carpet2
Lime Carpet2 etc...
Inner Stairs
Red Carpet Corner
Blue Carpet Corner
Light Gray Carpet Corner
Lime Carpet Corner etc...
Outer Stairs
Red Carpet Outer Stairs
Blue Carpet Outer Stairs
Light Gray Out Stairs
Lime Outer Stairs etc...
To Place Them Place an Item Frame Underneath The Stair and Rotate accordingly, Also Lighting is needed where the frames are for Shading purposes.
