Fancy Top Hats: Halloween Themed (+3 Skins) [Fantasy Niche]

For the Biweekly Prompt for the Fantasy Niche Group,
I have created 3 versions of a fancy, oversized top hat!
Plus some skins you can mix-match with the hats!
This texture pack adds extra models based off the carved pumpkin model.
It does not replace the carved pumpkin.
