Glowing Shields and Banners
A texture pack (for Optifine) that makes the shields (with banners) and banners glow!
Note, they don't create light around the area of placement, the banner itself is just emissive.
I could care less what you do with it, as I made this for fun, and it was super easy to make, I'm just unaware if this exist for anyone else.
This also somewhat fixes the error that occurs when a shield and banner misses their texture due to an item/entity with a emissive effect breaking the texture.
