Less Repetitive Fire Textures

This texture pack aims to make the fire animation less repetitive, which, by default, is looped pretty badly and doesn't have a lot of frames. I made this by making a 30 second, 15 fps, 16x16 gif recording of the old, procedural fire animation from Beta 1.7.3 and turning it into a texture sheet. As the animation was non-deterministic I had to manually edit the texture sheet and smoothen out the loop so it looks seamless.

This also affects soul fire.
