Lively Items - Shiny Gems (Animated!)
Changes all the gems in Minecraft to have a sparkle animation, Currently affects diamonds, emeralds, amethyst shards and hero of the village.
First part of a set of packs i call "Lively Items" designed to act as vanilla+ resource packs which add various animations to items
Future plans to add reduced effects to Tools and armor.
Experimenting with a method that would make this compatible with other Resource packs.
Feel free to suggest ideas for more packs, and I might make them.
