Installation Guide
You need to download the file. When the download is done, you have to double-click the files. So Minecraft will open by itself and the packs will be imported by themselves. You have to stack the packs like in the picture:
If the cosmetics are not displayed, reload the resource packs or press F1 or F8 on your keyboard and then back again. If they're still not displayed, reinstall the resource packs.

Note, that only you can see the Cosmetics, because its like an Texturepack!
