Times of nuclear-green Alpha now stay in past. Minecraft landscape has faded over time. And Creeper, which, according to Notch's original idea, was supposed to merge with
environment, remained in its oversaturated texture, serving only as a grotesque reminder
to new players about Minecraft development history.
And even the new artist did not fix this problem, deciding to not encroach
on appearance of old green monster...
It's good or bad for everyone to decide. But if you're interested in opinion
of an old grumpy player, I will say unequivocally - this is bad. Creeper is no longer scary. It's just impossible to be afraid of a four-legged stick shining in middle of night like a Christmas tree.
In order for a meeting with a creeper to become a frightening event again, he simply
has to become more camouflaged!
