Samurai {Armor}

Samurai are secular feudal lords in medieval Japan. The word is derived from the ancient Japanese verb "to serve", which clearly denotes the functions of samurai. That is, these are people who had to not only protect their overlords, but also be their servants in everyday life.

The main weapon of the samurai were two swords - daisho (daito and seto). In addition, the samurai had to be able to wield a long bow.

Samurai appeared after the reform in Japan in 646. Finally formed during the 8-9 centuries .

During the heyday of samurai, every fifth Japanese man was a samurai. This estate was very popular and was considered elite.

From childhood, future feudal lords were brought up harshly, trying to grow them into brave, fearless, hardy and patient warriors.
