I got the idea like 1 year ago but i wasn't prepared enough.
Basically the texture pack makes all the textures to have a smooth shadow or something.
I'm not sure how much time this is going to take me but I'll try to finish it before 2023.
Also I recommend to use one of those "anti-texturerotation"
