Uno cards is a resource pack that adds playing cards that you can create by renaming Minecraft items (instructions below)
For a full deck of cards, you'll need 54 paper, 50 leather, 2 books and 2 rabbit hides (or flower banner patterns)
1) Rename 1 paper, 1 leather, 1 book, 1 rabbit hide(or flower charge pattern) for each name to make wild cards.

You should get 8 unstackable cards if you've done everything right.
2) Make 1 paper for each name to get all zeros.

3) Rename 1 paper and 1 leather for each following name using anvil to make the rest of uno cards.

You can slightly alter the rules to suit Minecraft limitations. Adding a rule that every player has to hold 2 cards in both hands when they have more than 1 card makes it so the "UNO!" part of the game works. Here is how I imagine it to work:
1. All players must hold cards in both hands during the game.
2. If someone catches a player holding only one card saying "UNO" they must pull out a second card to their other hand.
3. If they don't have a second card, a standart rule applies: they must draw 2 cards from the deck.
4. Before casting your second to last card, you can say "UNO" first, in this case no one can call you out.
