Mojang gave absolutely zero reward or incentive to try and kill the warden, so of course this pack now exists to actually give people what they wanted all along. A fully 3D modelled texture for a Warden Head Drop!
Just run the world with this datapack in the saves folder:
and upon the death of a warden, however it is accomplished, the big fella will drop his head to the ground, ready for collection from the player.
The head can then be placed on item frames to display as a hunting trophy, or even worn, with the use of this datapack
