Ultra Amplified Mod
CURRENTLY FOR v1.14.4 MC
(I highly recommend playing on the latest 1.14.4 version of this mod for best experience with dimensions!)
(1.12 version is available but due to it only having the Ultra Amplified Worldtype, it can cause mod compatibility issues with mods that needs vanilla biomes)
If you are looking for a more crazy world than the Amplified world type, then this mod's Ultra Amplified Dimension will satisfy you with its massive flat overhangs and giant floating islands along with many biome modifications to match this new terrain! Even the ocean biomes are now ultra amplified so that giant bowls of land will hold the water in! The landscape for land biomes will look like it generated many layers of land that is stacked with space between them which gives them a very unique look and makes traversing more challenging.
When using this mod and you enter the Ultra Amplified Dimension, you will find that the Nether biome, Nether Fortresses, End biome, and End Cities now generate in there along with modified overworld biomes! Mineshafts and Villages have more biome variations to add more variety to the game. And when you dig down, you will find a massive maze-like network of Ravines that leads to giant cave cavities with the floor filled with lava! The dimension is meant to be very difficult and tough but also filled with more chests and ores!
Even better, some M variant biomes are changed to be more unique and fun to explore! And Glowstone infused blocks has been added to provide light as you travel down into deeper and darker layers. Stay safe and bring torches with you!
*note: This mod is demanding in memory/power so start with a low render distance first and work your way up to what your PC can handle!
[I would also say you should allocate more ram by going into your Minecraft launcher, click profile settings,
click Forge's profile, and changing -Xmx1G to -Xmx4G or higher for that profile's JVM Arguments.]

HOW TO ENTER THE ULTRA AMPLIFIED DIMENSION
When using the 1.14 version of this mod and want to enter this dimension in any worldtype, be sure to build this portal like shown below! Then right click on the Polished Diorite with Flint and Steel to create the portal block. Right click again on portal block to teleport to the Ultra Amplified Dimension!
Whenever you first teleport with this portal, you will always be teleported to 10, y, 8 in the Ultra Amplified dimension so if you need to find the unbreakable portal to escape the dimension, just go to world origin! Otherwise, when you teleport in and out of the Ultra Amplified Dimension, the portal will bring you to the last dimension and position you teleported from previously. So if you came from the Nether, you'll be put back into the Nether or if you built a second portal in the Ultra Amplified Dimension to escape, coming back will put you at that location again.
(Note: in 1.13 and 1.12, you need to set the worldtype to Ultra Amplified to get this crazy terrain but this may break several mods. I recommend using the most recent 1.14 version of this mod for better compatibility by using the dimension instead of Ultra Amplified worldtype.)

While playing in the Ultra Amplified dimension, do note that it may take a moment to load chunks when running a large render distance even on a powerful computer. Just be patient.
The Ultra Amplified dimension will use the default config settings I set to generate biome size, ore spawn rates, and structure rarity. You can change all this and more in this mod's config setting! (Including what biomes will spawn!) Though you will need to exit the world and re-enter for config changes to take effect.To reach the config file, go into your world's save folder, open the serverconfig folder, and edit the ultra_amplified_mod-server.toml file to change the config.
P.S. On the latest version of this mod, turn on Heavy Fog config and turn down your render distance to like 6 for super thick and spooky fog! It's really cool and feels like a horror game now!
