Actually Im a german guy and placed the sounds at the fitting events in case you wonder.

If you placed one of the voiceover.bnk in your res_mods\[version name]\audioww folder but the sound only plays sometimes or not at all you need to adjust the memory settings of WoT as described in the comment section here: http://forum.worldoftanks.eu/index.php?/topic/564352-09141-guide-how-to-make-voiceover-bank-in-7-easy-steps/
