YAMMA (Yet Another Mining Mod Attempt)

Since there isnt a VeinMiner/OreExcavation like mod yet for 1.14.4 i decided to take it on myself to make one.
What the mod does so far is exchanging your hunger level for quickly (silk touch) mining an 11x11x5 area around you. It will only work when you mine smoothstone and hold the sneak key down (it uses the sneak keybind from vanilla). If you mine in creative, your hunger level wont go down, but you still need to press to sneak button. Later on i'll add a config file and more stuff like that.
