Access the UI through "/focusup"
FocusUp is an addon which tracks your in combat focus gains from special sources, such as cooldowns, runes, passives, and other set bonuses then converts it into focus per second gain. It also includes a rough estimation on how much Focus Recovery rating it is worth. FocusUp will pause after combat, and reset when you enter combat again.
