		[color]:
			[d]: default.
			[r]: red.
			[g]: green.
			[b]: blue.
		[message]: the message to display.
	
	e.g. /alert r Hello RIFT!

	LibNotify.alert(colour, message)
	
	e.g. /script LibNotify.alert(LibNotify.GREEN, 'Hello again RIFT!')
	
	where colour can equal: LibNotify.BLACK, LibNotify.RED,
