[1.14.4] Modern Condo ~ New Build!

Hello! It’s been a while, hasn’t it?

Well, I’m back, and this time with a new construction!

This building has ten floors, with the ground floor serving as commercial space, taking advantage of the pedestrian street alongside and behind the building. The residential area of the building consists of 2 apartments per floor, each with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Additionally, each apartment features a spacious balcony with a vertical garden, along with an open floor plan. The penthouse has the same layout as the other apartments, but with higher ceilings.

The entire building isn’t finished yet, but I thought it would be a good idea to share this preview of what’s to come. I hope you like it!
