Still accept and convey ready checks even when RaidFramBase is disabled
Goal:
Provide a way to still answer ready checks in raid even when the RaidFrameBase addon is disabled.
Motivation:
In raids a lot of people tend to disable the RaidFrameBase addon (including myself) because it is such a resource hog, but when you disable it, you can no longer answer ReadyChecks, which is a pretty big drawback. This addon will allow you to answer ready checks even when the RaidFrameBase addon is disabled.
Note:
Code is entirely from Carbine, it just have been moved into a separate addon. They should probably do this themselves as well.
