Chat commands:

/rgm density xx -- Example: density 0.68, changes panel transparency.
/rgm over -- Toggles mouseover based quick ability breakdowns.
/rgm toggle -- Toggles the display of RGM on or off.
/rgm reset -- Resets all settings to default.
