For anyone who's just as obsessed with piglins, here's a resource pack that replaces all villager-related mobs with piglin variants. To achieve this, it makes use of OptiFine's custom entity model feature and accompanying textures, as well as replacing all applicable sounds with those from piglins/hoglins.

The mobs changed are:
- all villager types and professions,
- all zombie villager types and professions,
- all illagers: pillager, vindicator, evoker, and illusioner (not vexes though, as they don't share the villager nose),
- witches,
- wandering traders (OptiFine doesn't support a custom model for these yet, so it's just a retexture),
- iron golems,
- ravagers.
